George Egglezos holds a Master of Science degree in Networks from the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications of the National University of Athens and a 5-year Diploma degree from the Computer Engineering and Informatics Department of the University of Patras.

Past activities

At the age of 19 & during the 2nd year of his studies, he joined the PC Support Group of his department where he worked for 1,5 year. Afterwards, he found his first job in Advanced Informatics Ltd, a small internet company in Patras. In 2000 and during the 4th year of his studies, he joined ATMEL S.A., a multinational telecommunications company. After his graduation in Patras, he moved back to Athens to obtain his MSc. At the same time he joined Intracom Telecom as a software engineer, where he stayed for 5 years.

Current activities

George is founder and owner of MusicHeaven, since 2003. MusicHeaven is one of the largest social music networks & e-magazines in Greece, with more than 1.000.000 pageviews & 300.000 unique visitors per month. Moreover, he is founder and head of interTEN, a web development & online advertising company.

Since 2008 he works as project manager and senior software engineer at iKnowHow S.A..

George has participated in more than 50 web projects.
